In return, you receive convenient access to your primary care team and proactive support to address health concerns early—before they become emergencies.

Sedera is a medical cost-sharing community — a membership-based, non-insurance alternative for managing large or unexpected healthcare expenses.
Households who have lost ACA subsidies and are now facing unaffordable Marketplace premiums, but still want same- or next-day access to primary care and a reliable way to manage major medical expenses.
We do not receive commissions. DPC and health shares are not insurance; sharing follows program rules.
Unlimited primary care access for enrolled adults and their children, including in-person and virtual visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, secure messaging, care coordination, and annual wellness planning. Pass-through pricing at checkout for most labs, and vaccines, with costs clearly quoted in advance. Not included are most prescription medications, specialist or facility charges, and any procedures requiring general anesthesia.
